THIS RFI IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.  It is a market research tool being used to determine potential and eligible vendors capable of providing the overall services described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Navy is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice.

This BOA will be in support of the Aircraft Ship Integrated Secure (ASIST) program.  The Ordering Activity will issue individual Delivery Orders (DOs) against this IDIQ for Installation and Checkout (INCO) Spares in support of the Aircraft Launch and Recovery (ALRE) Air Capable Ships (ACS) Recovery Program. The contractor will provide all components; assemblies; integrations of all systems and subsystems; system level testing; and delivery of Recovery systems and equipment, as identified in the Government Furnished Information engineering drawings and Bill of Materials.

The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), FAR 6.302-1.  This is not a request for competitive proposals.  However, responsible sources are encouraged to submit a response to this request for information in writing that contains information that may be used by the Government to determine whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.  A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based upon response(s) to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Responses must be received within 10 days of publication of this notice.  Any responses should Reference N68335-25-RFI-0495.  Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for an award of a contract.
