NAWCAD WOLF Amplified Speakers and Cables

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Misc Engineering LLC for the procurement of Misc Engineering LLC brand name amplified speakers and cables (P/N 10014A-01). Only Misc Engineering LLC amplified speakers and cables will meet the unique combination of requirements for size, weight, and performance and maintain configuration management and interoperability within the Radio Integration System Family of Systems.

The Government intends to procure the amplified speakers and cables through a five-year Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received by the response date and time of this notice. Responses must be sent via email to the POC listed.
