AN/USM-737 Electronic Consolidated Automated Support System Full Rate Production 2

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate a sole source contract to Lockheed Martin Corporation, CAGE 16331, located at 100 Global Innovation CIR, Orlando, Florida 32825-5003 for the fabrication, manufacturing, assembly, integration, production, testing, demonstration, and delivery of Full Rate Production (FRP) 2 AN/USM-737, and increased quantities in eCASS Radio Frequency (RF) Mission Equipment Kits (MEK), eCASS RF MEK Integrated labor w/ HP, Self Maintenance Test and Calibration (SMAT)/Calibration (CAL) Operational Test Program Sets (OTPS), CAL Equipment Suites, and engineering services with this procurement in support of PMA-260.

This acquisition is being pursued under the sole source basis under the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements; therefore, a solicitation is not available for this procurement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all response received within 15 calendars days after the date of publication of this synopsis.

A determination by the Government not to open requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
