Naval Air Warfare Center (NAWC) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Remote Display Units and Filter Box Kits

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with NexGen Communications LLC (NexGen), CAGE: 03QU5 for the issuance of a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.

The IDIQ will be for the procurement of NexGen filter box kits, Remote Display Units (RDUs) and antenna assemblies in support of United States Special Operations Command Family of Specialized Operations Vehicles (FOSOV) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Phase 4 communication upgrades. NexGen is the Original Equipment Manufacturer and sole distributor of the required equipment.

NexGen filter box kits, RDUs, and antenna assemblies will maintain commonality, interoperability, and sustainability, are the only filter box kits, RDUs, and antenna assemblies compatible with the existing FOSOV C4ISR Phase 4 system and comply with established Military Specifications and Electromagnetic Environment Effects Requirements The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this requirement under the authority of 10 U.S.C.

3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis.

A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for an award of a contract.
