Antenna Products Corporation UHF and VHF/UHF Antennas

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Webster Outlying Field Special Communications Mission Solutions Division has a requirement to procure Antenna Products Ultra High Frequency (UHF) and Very High Frequency/UHF antennas. The Government intends to issue a contract with options on a sole source basis with Antenna Products Corporation, the Original Equipment Manufacturer. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.

The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received by the response date and time of this notice. Responses by phone or fax will not be accepted.
