H-60 Tool Kit, FMS ROKN and RAN

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Lakehurst, intends to enter a sole source contract with CTC Enterprise Ventures Corporation (CAGE: 3RWH7), for the procurement of the H-60 Deluxe Bridge Tool Kit in support of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Cases, KS-P-SEL and AT-P-SCO. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. No purchase order will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.

All inquiries and concerns must be addressed to the procurement specialist, Ms. Shelby Weldon, shelby.l.weldon2.civ@us.navy.mil. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in a future competition.
