WRAP AROUND TEST ADAPTER SET

Synopsis Various Support and Test Equipment Joint FMS Procurement Kuwait F/A-18 E/F Program, Royal Canadian Air Force F/A-18 Program, and the Royal Australian Air Force F/A-18 F/G Programs The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to issue an award on a non-competitive basis to The Boeing Company(CAGE 0PXV4) for various Support and Test Equipment (S&TE), as follows:

Qty of 5, Wrap Around Test Set, PN: 74D750508-1005 (4920-01-620-0770);

Qty 3, Preformed Tool Set-Packing, PN: 74D140017-1001 (4920-01-144-4206);

Qty 20 Antenna Coupler Pads, PN: 74D725004-2009 (No NSN); Qty 2, WAT Kit W6 AMRAAM LT-RT Cable, PN: A14G2697-2 (5995-01-481-2878; and Qty 2, Maintenance Fixture, PN: 74D420503-1003 (4920-01-677-2168). This is a combined Foreign Military Sales Procurement in support in support of the Kuwait F/A-18 E/F Program, Royal Canadian Air Force F/A-18 Program, and the Royal Australian Air Force F/A-18 F/G Programs.

The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), FAR 6.302-1only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a response in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.

A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based on the response to this notice, is solely in the discretion of the Government. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for an award of a contract.
