8145-01-406-4355, P/N: 427821-1,. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, responsible sources are encouraged to submit a response to this synopsis in writing that contains information that may be used by the Government to determine whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.

A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based upon response(s) to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
