FMS Malaysia & Switzerland Leica TM6100a ASSY and GEV220, Y-Cable, 2.0m

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCAD LKE) intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, INC (CAGE: 1WUK4) for the procurement of a quantity of two (2) Leica TM6100a ASSY (PN: 576861-ASSY) & quantity of two (2) GEV220, Y-Cable, 2.0m (PN: 759257) for the FMS F/A-18C-D Malaysia & Swiss programs.

The TM6100a ASSY & Y-Cable is apart of the ACCY MX-12207 Head-Up-Display/Horizontal Indicator/Digital Display Indicator (HUD/HI/DDI), P/O ON-644/USM used at the intermediate level (I-Level) maintenance, in support of ECP-NI-18-1245-18. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements” for this action.

THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) is mandatory for consideration. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
