The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to solicit and award a fixed price award, on a sole source basis to Sikorsky Aircraft Corp, (CAGE 78286) in Stratford, CT. This requirement will be for the procurement of Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) end items, associated Technical Data Packages (TDPs), and technical support for the CH-53K Program. Sikorsky owns the proprietary data for all TDP associated with the Depot Level Maintenance PSE. This notification is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.

A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
