1. ACTION: This is a Pre-solicitation Notice of the Government’s intent to issue a solicitation for the procurement of furniture. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future.

2. REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION: NAVSTA Rota, Spain – Forward Deployed Maintenance Center (FDRMC) detachment Rota require husbanding services for the roundtrip movement of one ship from Naval Station Rota to the Port of Cadiz.

TBD 5. INTENDED ACQUISITION STRATEGY: This requirement is for a commercial product and falls below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT). In accordance with Revolutionary Far Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, "Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services," Clause 12.201-1(c)(2) “Simplified Procedures”, the Government intends to solicit quotes directly from a limited number of sources (at least three). The Government does not intend to issue a separate, public solicitation for this specific requirement. No formal solicitation document is available at this time.
