Interested parties may identify their capability to the Navy within two days of the notice publication, and the Navy will consider the submitted information solely to determine if sole sourcing to Evident Scientific remains justified.

2.0m SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: 1 Year of warranty: Complete videoprobe system warranty of any defects and equipment failures as long as mechanical damage did not occur to the videoprobe system for a period of one (1) year. The contractor will repair or completely replace the videoprobe system. During this one (1) year warranty period the contractor will provide an exact replica videoprobe system that was purchased as a loner until repair or new replacement videoprobe system is received.
