Paroscientific Inc Intelligent Interface Board, Including non-recurring engineering services

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quote (RFQ) Number is N66604-26-Q-0448. This solicitation will be posted for less than fifteen (15) days. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.

The basis for the sole source is that only Paroscientific Inc. can meet the Government’s schedule requirements without incurring unacceptable duplicative costs as it is currently the only qualified supplier that can meet the Government’s minimum requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement in the future. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Type purchase order to Paroscientific Inc. on a sole source basis. Paroscientific Inc. is the only capable source. See attached RFQ for further details.
