WHOI ACOMM Kits

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The basis for the sole source is that only Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI) can meet the Government’s schedule requirements without incurring unacceptable duplicative costs. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement in the future. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Type purchase order to WHOI. on a sole source basis. WHOI is the only capable source. Please see attached RFQ for further details.
