Amend the solicitation from a 100% small business set aside to full and open competition. Remove Government Drawing Number. Manufacturer part number is sufficient to quote this requirement Remove the NIST assessment requirement from the technically acceptability criteria Amend the required quantity from (20) Each to (12) Each Amend the required response date to 16 January 2026 at 12:00 EST Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase, on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis, Kawasaki HYD Motors, P/N HMB030P21PL566, as detailed in the attached combined solicitation/synopsis.
