Towed Array Integrated Product Team (TAIPT) Telemetry and Engineering Services

Award of a Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract containing cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price, and cost only provisions to L3 Technologies, Inc., Chesapeake Sciences Division, Contract Number N66604-26-D-P600 with a ceiling of $42,677,977 on 10 July 2026. The ordering period will be for a total of sixty (60) months.

This contract is for hardware and services required to support towed array programs using Towed Array Integrated Product Team telemetry. Service cost center funds in the amount of $165,220 will be obligated at the first delivery order to satisfy the minimum guarantee and will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5) as implemented by FAR 6.302-5: Authorized or Required by Statute and authorized by 15 U.S.C. 638(r)(1).
