Note: Applicable Documents referenced in this Request for Quotes will be available electronically. The deadline to request Applicable Documents is Tuesday January 21, 2025 at 1400 EST. Requests received after this date will not be honored. Failure to request these documents by the stated date will not be justification for extension of the quotes receipt date.

Companies requesting to view Applicable Documents, which include CUI Specific Controlled Information, must be registered according to the DoD Joint Certification Program (JCP) to access the applicable documents. To request applicable documents, please contact the POC and follow the instructions as specified below:

NOTE: The name of the individual requesting the documents must be the name listed as the certified JCP data custodian on the certified DD2345.

STEP TWO: DoD Secure Access File Exchange (SAFE)

LINK: https://safe.apps.mil. The POC will use the "Drop Off' feature to upload the Applicable Documents to the DoD SAFE website. The certified JCP data custodian will receive an email containing a link and a passcode to access the documents on the DoD SAFE website. The link to the documents will expire seven (7) days from the day the link and passcode is sent.

17JAN2025, AMENDMENT 0001 RFQ Amended to correct a typo on on the Drawing # for CLIN 2. Please refer to N6660425Q0151-0001 (attached) for the most accurate specifications about this opportunity. 22JAN2025, AMENDMENT 0002 The purpose of this amendment is to add CDRLs to the solicitation and to extend the response time until Friday January 24, 2025. The Government experienced issues providing industry with the drawings and specifications and as such, the time for quotes to be submitted has been extended.

24JAN2025, AMENDMENT 0003 Offers due time extended until Friday January 24, 2025 at 1700 EST. 03MAR2025, AMENDMENT 0004 Offers due time extended until Friday March 7, 2025 at 1400 EST.
