PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with format in FAR Subpart 12.6 – Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. A written solicitation will not be issued.

In accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(2) this solicitation will be posted for less than fifteen (15) days. Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-23-Q-0691. This requirement is being solicited as a Brand Name Only 100% small business set-aside under NAICS Code. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334511 - Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,350 employees.

This is being solicited as Brand Name Only because potential savings from competition cannot offset the duplicative cost and schedule/mission impact associated with purchasing a different brand name product The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order for the following Analog Devices Brand Name only requirement:

CLIN 0001 – Description: Analog Devices Isolation Amplifiers P/N AD204JY; Quantity 100 (one hundred) Each Delivery is FOB Destination Newport, RI Delivery Date: Please propose best delivery time possible Notes:

1. Quotes must be for Analog Devices Brand Name only and must quote the stated part number and quantity.

2. Units MUST ship from the United States and quote must state that all parts are shipping from the US.

3. Include any shipping/delivery costs in the unit price. There will not be a separate CLIN for shipping.

4. Quotes should include price and delivery terms (FOB Destination) and the following additional information: point of contact information (including phone number and email address), CAGE code and SAM UEI. Quote should ndicate if Government Purchase Card (Mastercard) is accepted and if a fee for paying by credit card applies. If a fee applies, payment will be made by WAWF.

5. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines.
