CPR Training Class

See attached combined synopsis / solicitation for details. Solicitation amended to address the following questions received.

Question 1: Is there an Incumbent or is this a Brand New Project? Answer - New Requirement.

Question 2: Should there be a Maximum of 10 students or a Minimum of 10 students? Answer - Maximum of 10 students.

Question 3: How often will we be able to invoice? What are the terms of payment (Net 30,45)? Answer - Due to the dollar amount no partial payments. Payment will be made per WAWF clause in solicitation. Solicitation amended to address additional questions.

Question 1: I am assuming that the 52 classes over the 24 months will be provided with 1 or 2 classes on the same day once a month. Is this correct? Answer - Class will be held monthly on a schedule determined by NUWCDIVNPT and the vendor.

Question 2: How would you like them to submit a quote? Email a total invoice for all the years of service? Answer - Email your quote per the solicitation instructions in SAM.

Question 3: What do you require for this RFQ. Do you just like for me to email the candidate resume and an invoice for the period of performance? Answer - Email me your quote per the solicitation instructions in SAM.
