Phase-Locked Dielectric Resonator Oscillators (PLDROs)

NUWCDIVNPT intends to purchase, on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Sole Source basis, Phase-Locked Dielectric Resonator Oscillators (PLDROs), as detailed in the attached combined solicitaion/synopsis. This requirement is being solicited on a Sole Source basis to Ultra Electronics Herley (CAGE Code: 24469). The notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement in the future.
