Amendment 1. The purpose of amendmet 1 is to change the closing date and time from 01/05/2024 2PM EST to 01/09/2024 2 PM EST. MacTaggart Scott & Co., LTD is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the hydraulic motors and component parts subject to this acquisition request.
