Construction- Building 11 Exterior Doors

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a construction requirement for the replacement of Exterior Doors in Building 11. Please see attached Solicitation (N6660424Q0029) and all attachments for full information and details regarding this requirement. Contractors do not have to be JCP certified to receive the Solicitation, including drawings, specifications, and photos, but they must have an active CAGE Code.

Interested parties should request access to drawings, specifications, and photos within the attachments section of this solicitation. NUWCDIVNPT will review and approved requests within SAM.GOV. If you are having difficulty request the attachments within SAM.GOV, please send e-mail to jay.a.parker2.civ@navy.mil and michael.n.ouellette.civ@us.navy.mil, ensure to include company name, complete address and CAGE code. See attched RFI 0001 response. Please See RFI 0002 attached. See attached Amendment 0001, the purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Extend the proposal due date from 5 Dec 2023 @ 1400 EST to 19 Jan 2024 @1400 EST.

2. Remove Attachment 3 RI Wage Determination dated 01-Sep-2023 and replace with Davis-Bacon Act WD # RI20230001 dated 22-Dec-2023.

3. Add Attachment 4 Environmental MFR w Encl B11 Exterior Door Project dated 05-Jan-2024 See attached Amendment 0002, the purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Extend the proposal due date from 19 Jan 2024 @ 1400 EST to 26 Jan 2024 @1400 EST.

2. Remove Attachment 1 SOW B11 - Exterior Door replace with SOW Rev 1 B11 - Exterior 3. Remove Attachment 2 Drawings 23-046A B11 Exterior Doors replace with Drawings 23-046A Rev1 B11 Exterior Doors. 4. Remove Attachment 3 RI Wage Determination dated 22-Dec-2023 and replace with Davis-Bacon Act WD # RI20230001 dated 12-Jan-2023.
