NOTICE: Intent to Award Sole Source to MILPOWER SOURCE INC for UPS Batter Packs, Accessories, and Setup Services

Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Milpqwer Source, Inc. (CAGE 5YWX2, 47 Field Ln., Belmont, NH 03220-4621). The requirement is for the purchase of the following:

(1) Top Assembly and Accessory for M140BA-1-3-5-6-1 (Part No. M140BA-13561, Qty. 4), (2) Set-up PS (Part No. 988-0001, Qty. 1), (3) Delivery (Part No. 986-0026, Qty. 1). This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to complete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered.Acquisition of Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Items/Services under FAR Part 12 and apply.
