NOTICE: Intent to Award Sole Source to HYTECH ASSOCIATES, INC. for Milpower Source UPS Battery Packs

Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to HYTECH ASSOCIATES, INC. (CAGE 0T8L4, 5214 Bonsai Ave, Moorpark, CA 93021-1784). The requirement is for the purchase of the following:

(1) Milpower Source UPS Battery Pack, Part No. M356380, Qty. 10.This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to complete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered.Acquisition of Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Items/Services under FAR Part 12 and apply.
