Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PACIFIC) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate and award a commercial, firm-fixed-price purchase order on a non-competitive basis with Signal Hound, LLC. (CAGE 0EW80), Battle Ground, Washington 98604-8967, United States.

This is a purchase request for one SM435C Spectrum Analyzers for the Real Time Spectrum Operations (RTSO) project.A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
