This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR (Overhaul) 5.101. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacifics intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Westnet, LLC. Entity ID GYNAMAV5MHM3, CAGE Code 1DZD8, of 15542 Chemical LNHuntington Beach, California 92649-1505, United States.

This is a procurement for the following Fire Station Alerting System (FSA) equipment and associated materials: (SEE ATTACHMENT C2.1 NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE (FINAL) FOR LIST OF EQUIPMENT TO BE PROCURED). The Government intends to negotiate solely with BNC Corp. under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by FAR (Overhaul) 12.102. FAR (Overhaul) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies.

However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be made available upon request.
