Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Siemens Industry Inc.

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Siemens Industry. The requirement is for the purchase of the following services: maintenance and testing services critical to circuit breakers inclusive of the following:

inspection, lubrication, cleaning, resistance measurements, arc-chute removal inspection, erosion check, and testing equipment. Please refer to the redacted Performance Work Statement for further details. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 811310 ?

Commercial and Industrial Machinery Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, and the business standard size is $12,500,000.00.
