NOTICE: Intent to Award Sole Source ? RHK TECHNOLOGY, INC. ? for Lumin-SLT High Efficiency Light Injection/Collection System and On Site Installation and Training

Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to RHK TECHNOLOGY, INC. (CAGE OMVMl, 1409 Allen DR STE FTroy, MI 48083-4003). The requirement is for the purchase of the following:

(1) Lumin-SLT High Efficiency Light Injection/Collection System, (2) On-Site Installation and Training (Domestic), and (3) Shipping and Insurance.This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to complete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered.Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply.
