Notice of Intent to Sole Source Award to Instruments, Inc

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific), hereby provides notice of its intent to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Instruments, Inc. (CAGE 34563) for the procurement of the following item: Qty. 5 ? Instruments, Inc. P/N 6703006-1 Single-Phase Auto Transformers. This notice is not a request for quotations or proposals.

The Government reserves the right to determine, based on responses received, whether this requirement will be competed. Any decision not to compete this action remains solely within the discretion of the Government. The applicable NAICS Code is 335311 and the business size standard is 800 Employees per year.
