The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific?s intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to H3D Inc. Entity ID KF7VYKHNEVN5, CAGE Code 6BW68, of 812 Avis DR, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48108-9649, United StatesThis requirement is for one CZT Detection Module Package, MFR: H3D Inc.The Government intends to negotiate solely with H3D Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government?s requirement.

FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
