Notice of Intent Award Sole Source to Blanchard Training and Development, Inc

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warefare Center Pacific (NIWC PACIFIC) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Blanchard Training and Development, Inc (CAGE: 1Z016). This requirement is for the purchase of the following:

SLII Experience 3.0 OTS Level 1: Individual Course Access. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 611430 and the business size standard is $15M per year.
