Part Number: RS-P4-0820-226 The Government intends to negotiate solely with Reuter-Stokes, LLC. Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the Request for Quote will be made available upon request.

The applicable NAICS Code is 334519 - Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing and the size standard is 600 employees.
