The Department of the Navy (Don), Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, & award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Innovative Drone Solutions Dba:Six Arms. The requirement is for the purchase of the ff: Airbonre Receivers / Freefly UAVs / Airborne Antenna /Training. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote.

A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government.
