The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Mercury Systems Inc. The requirement is for the following:

QTY: 2 This procurement is for two (2) Echoteck Series : JTAG Adapter – Intel/Microchip, two (2) 3U VPX Develop Chassis Model 8357 with Option 004, and two (2) RTM for Model DRF3182. Mercury Systems Inc. was the only provider of this equipment with no known distributors and using a different brand would void the current warranty and cost several multiples of the cost of this acquisition.

A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable NAICS Code is 334419 and the business size standard is 750 employees.
