The applicable NAICS Code is 334118 and the business size standard is 1000(# of employees) This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote which may be considered by the Government.

All responses received before this date may be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
