The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Lex Products, LLC. The requirement is for the following:

1 Item 0004 CONNECTOR PACKAGE Manufacturer: Lex Products, LLC QTY: 1 This procurement is for a portable power distribution unit with box in support of the High Voltage Improvement Project (HVIP). Power distribution units are used to distribute power between system components.

Lex Products, LLC was the only provider of this equipment with no known distributors, as using a different model of power distribution unit forces a rework in the power supply system to account for differences in connections, which could cause irreversible cable damage. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
