NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE TO ELMA

N6600124Q6352 Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to ELMA. This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201.

The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a non-competitive basis to ELMA (DUNS 807547740, CAGE Code 76096) of 44350 S. Grimmer Blvd. Fremont, CA 94538. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 334118 and the business size standard is 1000 (of employees) employees. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote which may be considered by the Government.

All responses received before this date may be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
