Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Elemental Scientific, Inc.

This synopsis is hereby issued with the purpose of announcing the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Elemental Scientific, Inc. (CAGE Code 3W1R1) of Omaha, Nebraska. The requirement is for the purchase of the following:

The applicable NAICS Code is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing and the business size standard is 1,000 employees. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this notice, and must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising quality, accuracy, and reliability.
