N66001-22-P-6404 – Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Modification to Eurofins Environment Testing Northern California, LLC

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to award a modification on a sole source basis to Eurofins Environment Testing Northern California, LLC (Eurofins)

(CAGE Code: 1PAE5) of West Sacramento, CA to procure additional Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) analysis for tissue samples following EPA method 1633 performed by Eurofins. This contract modification is anticipated to be awarded as a Firm Fixed-Price contract within the subject contract's existing period of performance.

The anticipated contract modification award date is 07 JAN 2025. Based on an approved Justification for Non-Competitive Procurement, the agency has identified only one responsible source, and no other supplier will satisfy agency requirements. A redacted JNCP may be made available upon request. The applicable NAICS Code is 541380, Testing Laboratories, and the business size standard is $19.0M. Be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding.

This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing that it can perform these services may be considered by the agency.
