The Government intends to negotiate solely with Agile Communications under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b).

No other company can provide the compatible software for the existing systems. The NAICS Code is 541519 and the Business Size Standard is small.This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it canfulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted by accessing the specific notice in the PIEE Solicitation Module by 07/17/2036.
