Customized high power RF filters banks for the Office of Naval Research (ONR).

The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice that Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic's intent to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order on a non- competitive basis to Piezo Technology, Inc. dba MtronPTI to procure a requirement for customized high power RF filters banks manufactured by MtronPTI for the Office of Naval Research (ONR). The requirement consists of the following components:

CLIN 0001: Switched 6 LC Filter 150W Assembly 1.5 MHz to 30 MHz Non-reoccuring Engineering (NRE) for development of CLIN 1 Operational Power Test for CLIN 1 CLIN 0002: Switched 6 LC Filter 50W Assembly 30 MHz to 700 MHz NRE for development of CLIN 4 Operational Power Test for CLIN 4 CLIN 0003: Switched 6 LC Filter 50W Assembly 700 MHz to 6000 MHz NRE for development of CLIN 7 Operational Power Test for CLIN 7 The Government intends to negotiate solely with MtronPTI under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b).

Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS Code is 334419 and the size standard is 750 number of employees. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation.

Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted via the NAVWAR E-Commerce website at https://e-commerce.dc3n.navy.mil no later than 26 February 2025. All responses received by 26 February 2025 will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive environment. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

All responding vendors must be registered to the System for the Award Management (SAM). Information can be found at https://www.sam.gov. Completing SAM registration means a registered Unique Entity ID and Cage have already been created and are registered in SAM.gov prior to the date of proposal/quote submission.
