Renewal of Instant Technologies Team Sessions software support used on CENTRIXS networks

The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order for 1 year of Support & Maintenance of Instant Technologies Team Sessions. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Instant Technologies Team Sessions under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). No other company can provide the compatible software for the existing systems. The NAICS Code is 541511 and the Business Size Standard is Large.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. . Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted via the NAVWAR E-Commerce website at NAVWAR E-Commerce Central (navy.mil) by 1500/3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) 01/07/2025. All responses received by 1500/3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) 01/21/2025 will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
