Notice of Intent for the maintenance and repair of OMAX Maxiem Waterjet Equipment

Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order to Phillips Corporation 7390 Coca Cola drive, Suite 200, Hanover MD 21076 for part number 700060 (Quantity 5) for the maintenance and repair of OMAX Maxiem Waterjet Equipment. The applicable NAICS code is 811310, PSC J036. This action is conducted under the authority of RFO 12.201-1 Simplified procedures. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes.

Interested firms must identify their interest and capability to provide the services identified no later than one (1) day after this notice posts. A solicitation will not be posted. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
