This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial products prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR Part 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested.

The solicitation number is N6449826Q5278 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

This requirement is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334111, and the small business size standard is 1250 employees.

The Government has a requirement for Brand Name Moxa commercial IT products. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), the required Brand Name Justification is attached to this notice.

Authorized Reseller Requirement: To ensure supply chain integrity, product authenticity, and warranty validity, quotes will only be accepted from authorized Moxa resellers. Quoters must provide documentation or a letter of authorization from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) verifying their status as an authorized reseller of Moxa products with their quote submission. Quotes from unauthorized sources will be deemed technically unacceptable.
