The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia has a requirement for VPX3-1260-A14DL90 hardware, which will be awarded on a sole source basis to Curtiss-Wright. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i).
