This Sources Sought Notice is published for market research purposes only. It is not a request for competitive proposals and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Interested vendors may submit their feedback and technical capabilities. Reference the attachments in the PIEE posting for the description and specifications of the requirement. The technical capability statement shall include the following:

(1) Company name, address, point of contract, SAM.gov CAGE code and Unique Entity ID;

(2) Business size standard and socioeconomic categories for NAICS 334519;

(3) Rough Order Magnitude if available, with estimated pricing, lead time, and minimum/maximum order quantity;

(4) Industry commentary on the draft Statement of Work. Responses shall be submitted via email to the contract specialist, Mia Barela, at maria.p.barela3.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 4:30pm PDT on the response date noted in the Sources Sought Notice.
