AVESTIN EmulsiFlex-C3

This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for proposals. However, the Government shall consider all responses from responsible sources. Naval Health Research Center (NHRC), San Diego, CA, intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with AVESTIN INC, CAGE L0ZC1, OTTAWA, ON. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) per FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii).

Item/Service Description: EmulsiFlex-C3 homogenizer, 1 ea. Sanitary, double tube sheet heat exchanger for C3 with tubing, all necessary fittings included, 1 ea. Heat exchange coil for C3, 316 stainless steel, 1 ea. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and have fully completed FAR and DFARS representations and certifications therein.
