Ouraring Oura Gen3 Sets

This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. However, if interested, the Government shall consider all responses. Naval Health Research Center (NHRC) intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with Ouraring, Inc, San Francisco, CA. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) per FAR 6.302-1(c). Contract will be evaluated on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).

Please reference N63116-24-Q-0518 on all quotes. The NAICS code for this contract will be 334519. NHRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in SAM. For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following website: https://www.sam.gov/ Items are being requested for use in laboratories at Naval Health Research Center (NHRC) in San Diego, CA.

All items will be shipped to San Diego, CA 92152. Quotes should include all applicable shipping and handling costs. As NHRC is a Government entity, no sales tax will be paid. All quotes must include the Company Name, Full Address, CAGE Code and Point of Contact information including Name, Phone Number and E-Mail address. All invoices for this contract will be submitted electronically through Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) - Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).
