As published on SAM.gov with the solicitation of June 6, 2024.

This procurement will follow the two-phase design-build selection procedures in accordance with FAR 36.3. The Government will evaluate phase-one proposals and select the most highly qualified offerors (not to exceed five) to submit phase-two proposals. Phase-two will select the best value offeror using the trade-off source selection process.

This is for the design and construction of the combined H-308 and H-434, Replace Andersen Housing Phase IX and X projects to construct up to 178 duplex units of three and four-bedroom, single-story family houses, and singlefamily houses at Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB). H-308, Phase IX, will construct up to 136 family units and H-434, Phase X, will construct up to 42 family units.
