FY24 PAC CON Facilities Improvement

A SAP purchase was requested by NAVFAC PAC CON for facilities improvement and office renovation work at Building 57 in the Makalapa Compound, JBPHH Hawaii. This project will include reconfiguration of existing workspaces that includes dismantling of existing furniture, ordering new products to be installed, and discarding any unused parts and trash.

The contractor shall provide all vetted personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to perform the work as outlined in the Performance Work Statement. NAVFAC Pacific seeks to purchase Herman Miller components in order to standardize the existing workstations within the Building 57 workspaces, maintain warranty coverage, and augment any reconfiguration and repair work by going to the same source of the original acquisition.

The existing Herman Miller furniture must be dismantled by an authorized factory-trained technician or an authorized dealer installer in order to maintain warranty coverage for the products. Contract Furnishers of Hawaii (dba Office Pavilion) is the only authorized dealer of Herman Miller products in Hawaii. On the DD2579 the Small Business Professional concurred with soliciting to a single source, Contract Furnishers of Hawaii (dba Office Pavilion). On 18 July 2024 contract award was made to Contract Furnishers of Hawaii (dba Office Pavilion) in the amount of $411,756.71.
